1. Scope of this policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the Jai Dating landing site available at jai-dating.com, including the contact page, legal pages, and links to the web app and APK.

It describes the actual data processing performed on the landing site itself. Data processing inside the main app and paid services may also be governed by separate Jai Dating documents, including the Public Offer.

2. Data we collect

When you submit the contact form, the site receives your name, email address, selected topic, message text, and, if you choose to provide it, your country.

When the form is submitted, the browser may also store a record of your consents, including privacy consent and marketing consent status.

The landing site uses browser local storage entries named `jai_lang`, `jai_cookie_consent`, and `jai_contact_consent`.

3. Why we use the data

Contact form data is used to respond to user inquiries, including support, billing, privacy, and abuse reports.

Local browser storage is used to remember interface language, cookie preferences, and the consent record created when a message is sent.

4. Transfers, storage, and contact

Contact form submissions are forwarded to the Jai Dating backend endpoint `/api/v1/public/feedback` with the source value `landing`.

As of the last updated date, the landing site does not load third-party advertising or analytics scripts that automatically transmit personal data to external marketing or analytics vendors.

Jai Dating applies reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data submitted through the landing site, but it cannot guarantee absolute security for information transmitted over the internet.

Local storage entries remain in your browser until you clear them or overwrite them with new settings. Questions about personal data submitted through the landing site can be sent to support@jai-dating.com.
